Service Contracts status should change Active automatically

Hi ,

As per the requirement, The contracts status should change active automatically once submit the contract for approval. We have to skip the approval process.

I reviewed couple of notes in oracle support. Based on the notes i changed OKS: Contract Approval profile values as null.  But it is not working as expected.
