OTL: Bouncing Apache Issue for Timecard Layout Personalization

edited Sep 19, 2012 2:38AM in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
Hi,

We have to bounce the apache when ever we make any changes in the Page or Region or Class files.

We are doing OTL Implementation in 11i. As we are doing and Timecard Layout personalization /Reports/PL/SQL development as well as testing in the same development instance. Whenever any change has to show effect, we need to bounces the apache server – now this forces the forms instance to close and causes issues while testing. We are actively developing as well as testing.

We would like to find an alternative to bouncing Apache – some setting changes that might allow the JSPs to compile at runtime. Let me know if oracle has provided any guidelines on this issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
