Customer CSI question in MOS

Hi,

If a customer CSI is to expire let’s say by the end of this month, I know that the customer will not be able to create and log new SR’s come Oct 1, but will they still have the ability to view old SR’s after the CSI has expired?  If not, what other workaround would be available if the customer needed to still have access to closed SR’s under the expired CSI?
