ORA-04067: not executed, package body "SYS.UTL_FILE" does not exist

Hi,

Database : 9.2.0.6

OS          : AIX 5.3

Issue:

ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04067: not executed, package body "SYS.UTL_FILE" does not exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

found the file (PRVTFILE.PLB )size is 0.

 

Pleae let me know how i can fix this issue.
