Item instance created successfully but when I search no results found

Hi,
Environment: R12

I created item instance thru "Oracle Installed Base Agent User" - created successfully, if I go and search either by instance ID / Serial number - no results showed up.

If I go and search in "Oracle Installed Base User" - I can see the item instance


We want to see this thru "Oracle Installed Base Agent User" responsibility, Any idea?
