sessions initialization parameter

In Solaris Sparc 64bit environment, What are the things that needs to be considered before you increase number of sessions (by ten times) in 10g database (10.2.0.4). What kind of impact does it has on SGA, PGA etc. Is there any OS related restrictions on sessions parameter? Thanks in advance for your input!
