 Hi All,
Pls note that the following HD related error messages are being logged in one of our Ops Center agent:

The user notification is also being set for this agent. However, no email regarding such error is being received.  So, may I know what other settings is needed in order to report such email via email?  By the way, the H/W profile for this agent should be set to OCserver.
