Canadian PTO leave accrual plans

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello

I work for an australian company with a Canadian branch. I have been requested to setup the Canadian vacation PTO leave accrual plan with the following criteria:

1. Plan should run from 1-Jul-X0 to 30-Jun-X1

2. Vacation time is accrued daily to a total of 20 days for the year (or to whatever proportion of time that the person was employed)

3. 10 months after 30-Jun-X1 any leave that has not been taken for the preriod 1-Jul-X0 to 30-Jun-X1 is paid out

4. An additional requirement is that employees through self service can view thier leave entitlement split between leave for previous year and current year
