What happened to option OUTLINE in EAS version 11.1.2.00?

Hi All,  EAS version 11.1.2.00, the option OUTLINE is no longer part of the EAS toolbar.  Prior version of EAS, the tool bar contains File/Edit/View/OUTLINE/Organize/Actions/Tools/Help.
Do you know what happened to this option? Due to time constrain, I need to do an outline update in EAS therefore I don't want to use the MAXL script route.  Where is it now in version 11.1.2? I scanned all over EAS and couldn't locate this option anywhere within EAS.
   Please advise. Thank you so much for your help.
