Iexpenses Perdiem Policy Related

Policy: If employee travels for less then 15 days he gets full perdiem and if it is more than 15 days from the 16th day to remaining days onwards he gets only 50% of the perdiem.

How to handle following scenario

Exployee Travels for more than 15 days and comes back from the travel..
