Multiple levels of Problem & Resolution codes

All,
Does Oracle R12 supports multiple levels of Problem & Resolution codes? I have requirement where business wants to track both problem and resolution codes in a given SR multiple levels.

Ex:
Prob Code Level 1
  
Prob Code Level 2 (values dependent on level 1)

Prob Code Level 3 (values depended on level 2 )
