Budget Reosurce periods

Hi All,

I have been through Budget form (as in the attached screenshot) and I already distribute the budget amount among the 2012 periods/Resource.

I have a requirement to distribute the budget amount into 2013 periods as well. I have tried but I couldn’t because 2013 periods fields are read only.

The current EBS is 12.1.3 and the project Trans duration from 30/8/2012 to 30/08/2014

Anybody Can help to figure out this issue.
