Want to apply NLS Patch on R12.1.3 (portuguese language patch) on VISION Intance

Hi,

We have go through the following document to install NLS patch which are as follows:

1.   1080973.1
2.   788053.1
3.   Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches  [ID 252422.1].

I am bit confuse there is no steps mentioned regarding PORTUEGSE patch.

a) I have followed the steps are as below:
Update the version of R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 by applying patch 9239090 with required prereq patches.

b) After that we Have applied 9817770 and 9966055 patches.

c) Instance is up and running.

d) Perform prereq steps:
Open your Oracle Application Manager screen from EBS than license your Language(here its Portuguese)from OAM by using:

Oracle Applications Manager >> License Manager >> Languages >> Portuguese)
