I need to capture the date when employement contract will end

Hello!We have fixed contract for  employee and HR need to get alert at least three month before the employment end. So I need to know where should I put the end of contract date so that I can use the field for creating alert.

Your support will be highly appreciated
Am using EBS r12.0.4
