prevention of remote access to oracle and allowing sftp

I have an auditing problem where the auditors want remote access to oracle denied (telnet and ssh) and so you would login as your own id and su to oracle. I then have a problem using sftp to pull files from one machine to another. Has anyone experienced the same? The op sys is solaris 10 and oracle 10.2
