R12.1.3 Change base language fails on file hxtupdotl.ldt

Hi,

I want to change base language from ITalian to American.
Steps followed are:
0. Install patch 9001300
1. From Oracle Applications Manager, go to License Manager and change an installed language the new base language.
2. Run the adchgbase.pl script to generate the u_ChangeBase.drv patch driver. This driver is based on seed data in your environment:
    perl $AD_TOP/bin/adchgbase.pl apps/apps
3. Apply the driver to your system using AutoPatch. The driver is located at: $AU_TOP/patch/115/driver/u_ChangeBase.drv:
   adpatch driver=u_ChangeBase.drv logfile=u_ChangeBase.drv

The patch FAILED. Please see log files
