How to disable Create Accounting Final and Final Post options under 'Tools' menu?

Hello Every body,

Please go through my requirement as below.

We have standard responsibility called "Receivables Super User". From this responsibility i have opened Transactions form and queried for particular transaction. Then i have navigated to Tools --> Create Accounting. There is 3 option for create accounting as follows : Draft., Final and Final Post. Would like to use only Draft Accounting from this menu option. So could you please kindly let me know how to disable the view Final and Final Post options from Tools menu?
