Data distribution in Partitioned tables.

Hi Experts,

We have taken the data into Non-Prod from Prod. I can see some observations with the table named TEST in TEST1 Schema.It has 256 hash partitions in both Non Prod and Prod.In Prod the data is equally distributed over these 256 partions.In Non-Prod there are around 45 partitions in this table which is empty.What could be the reason for this... Db version:10.2.0.4.0 in Aix 5.3
