Hi
We have migrated a Test instance with 12.1.3 and 11.2.03 just now are testing the EBS
after that this instance will become Production and I would like to hear from the experts your advices
to migrate the 11i instance again.
have we  to do all the process since install and apply  SW for DB and APPS, etc.
How to avoid a long down time ?.
