R12 upgrade : adutlrcmp.sql is slow

adutlrcmp.sql  slow ( taking long time to compile though there is no change in invalids)

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After and during R12 upgrade process adutlrcmp.sql  (while patching) taking long time and finish. For the same invalids in 11i its use to take 10% of current time.
Down time is getting increased.

even whey we run as sysdba

exec utl_recomp.recomp_parallel(8);  is also taking long time to quit.
