Oracle 10g upgrade to 11gR2

Hi, Gurus,

We are going to upgrade Oracle database 10g to 11gR2. After upgrade, the 10g will still in production mode while the new 11g database being tested and configured for Essbase, bi, etc applications. After the 11g systems ready (Maybe a week later), What's the best way to move the 10g changes into the new 11g database ? Please give a detailed steps.
