MaxNumDataRecordsInRAMForConsol = 500000

In all previous published tunning documents there is the registry setting for the MaxNumDataRecordsinRAM.  With the 64Bit technology, this obviously allows to increase the max number of records in RAM.  The setting MaxNumDataRecordsInRAMForConsol = 500000  appears in the system messages on startup.   I see the registry settings in previous documents, but very light on specfics.   My question is should setting be added to the registry, and if so, what is the correlation to MaxNumDataRecordsinRAM.      It is as simple as that is the max number of records for a single consolidation.  Can it be increased?

Howdy, Stranger!
