Cancelling Qty Internal Sales Order Line Does Not update Internal Requistion Line

When we cancel the quantity on an Internal Sales Order, we expect the quantity on the corresponding Internal Requisition to be updated as well.  In some cases, we have found that the Internal Requisition quantity is not updated even though a note is displayed that the IR qty is updated.

Any suggestions or datafixes available to resolve this?
