Customer Creation

 Hi All,
We are in R12.  This could be a basic setup questions but still i am wondering as there is no create button to create customers/sites through navigation Customers> Customers in R12 receivables.  If we go to customers page i can see only the 'Go' button and i dont see any 'Create' button for either customer or customer sites.  Appreciate any help on this.
