Error in Assignment Window

 Hi,
We are in process of upgrading our applications from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. For one of the business group when we click on assignment on employee form, we are getting following error:
'ID 522 for the flexfield segment GRE/Legal Entity does not exist in the value set PER_MX_GRES.' and 
'Value 522 for the flexfield segment GRE or Legal Entity does not exist in the value set PER_IN_TAX_ORG_LIST.'

Please help.
