OPM - Paper Manufacturing Industry Issue

Hi All, 
While running a batch how to convert the conversion of left out quantities in all stages to re-pulp through a batch by selection of lots through an automated program. Also finishing loss is to be included stage wise?

Could anyone please suggest me the solution?
