Hi Experts,

Let me explain my issue that Opportunity page layout have Salastage picklist(Analysis,Identification,Proposal,Negotiation,Retired,Closed/Lost,Closed/Won) and  Expected Closing Date is required field for all the sales stage picklist values by deafault .Now the issue is if the user select salesstage value as "Retired,Closed/Lost" the "Expected closing Date" shouldn't be required field.

Looking for your experise solution.
