PCP and Shared Application File System

 Customer is implementing EBS . In their propose architecture they are using 2 web server connected to load balancer F5 and 2 concurrent manager running as PCP in database server.
Both CM sitting in 2 database node where database is running in RAC env.

The 2 Webserver is using method Shared Application File System.

Application : 12.1.3

The question is:

1-In 2 database node where 2 CM running as PCP is sitting, can they use same method Shared Application File System also only between this 2 CM only?

2- If yes how can this be done
