11.1.2.2 Installation Issue

HI All,
Had 11.1.2.1 weblogicadmin server/Foundation in one server and HFM components in another
tried to upgrade to 11.1.2.2 but the new HFM java component does not get automatically installed in the weblogic admin server and we had to manually copy the files.

Is this is a known issue?
