Need information about govt forms to print from Project contracts

HI

I am working on some developing governtment forms for defence contract materials delivery.

Few of those document numbers are:

DD1149

DD250

SF1034

AA8130-3

AA8100-1

Does anybody having any idea how, when these reports are available to print from Oracle Applications?

Any document which explains about these reports to fetch from Orcale project contracts tables ?

Any clue on these is highly appreciated.
