BI Publisher mobile app connection issue
Hi,We are running BI Publisher 11.1.1.6.0 . We are trying to use the mobile application but can't log successfully. The application just hang after the login screen (and sometimes the process can't even be killed on the iphone!)
FYI, we can successfully log on the web application from outside the company on both SSL and regular HTTP connections (we will eventually block http for obvious security reasons) using [[application]].[[domain]].com/xmlpserver on port 80 and 443
- Is there any special parameter to change on the console?
- can we activate some debug log related to the mobile app (there is nothing in the logs right now)?
