iSupport portal is unstable - Customers trying to change passwords -Error pops up most of the times

Hi
I'm trying to change password for customer accounts thru iSupport Admin, sometimes I get Error - pls. see attached. sometime successful. Any idea what's happening.

to reproduce - iSupport System Administration -> Administration -> New Password -> [Update]
