After an install of Asap7.2 we are getting error "Exception in thread "Thread-13" java.lang.NoClas

After an install of Asap7.2 in the Weblogic nohup.out file the following error was observed on startup of Asap.

Exception in thread "Thread-13" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sybase/jdbcx/SybConnection
       at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
       at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassCond(ClassLoader.java:631)
       at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(ClassLoader.java:615)
