Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it necessary to run BPA Balance Forward Bill Print Program (Multiple Languages) before doing Late Charge Calculation using Average Daily Balance?

We are getting the following warning in the program although there is an invoice overdue for the customer

BPA Balance Forward Bill Print Program determined no data exists for the given set of parameters

Please advise.
