Oracle dependancy on Microsoft Internert Explorer

In light of the US-CERT security Alert TA12-262A Vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Explorer could allow remote code execution (Microsoft Security Advisory 2757760) do Oracle Database server, Oracle Application Server and Oracle WebLogic Server have any dependancy on Microsoft Internet Explorer i.e. if Microsoft Internet Explorer were removed from the servers would Oracle still work?
