How to use iSetup feature to migrate jobs, positions and position hierarchy setups from an 11i insta

Hi,

I would llike to explore the functionality of iSetup to migrate jobs, positions and positiion hierarchy setups from an 11i instance to an R12 instance.  Can someone give me a simple step by step procedure on how to go about this?  Won't there be any issue transferring these information from an 11i instance with fully installed HR to an R12 with shared HR install?
