Issue in applying patch 9535311

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After applying the patch 9535311, we have successfully run AUTOCONFIG in application tier as next step we were following Section 8: Migrating to AutoConfig on the Database Tier.

While doing AutoConfig on the Database Tier activities ,We got the below error
