Infiniband configuration

I need somebody to help in this regards:

I am trying to configure a backup server for my customers Exadata. I have installed OEL 6.2 on the server and MLNX_OFED_LINUX-1.5.3-3.1.0-oel6.2-x86_64.iso to configure the IPOIB.

After the configuration of the IP address, the the ports are still down.
