Solutions attached to Service Requests are not appearing on iSupport Solutions as a Business User
Hello,
We have an issue in iSupport.
When we create a Service Request with a Knowledge base Solution attached to it and tried verifying the solution attached to SR is missing.
Following are the steps to repeat the issue:
1) Create a Service Request in iSupport as a Business User
2) Attach a Knowledge Base Solution to Service Request from Create Service Request form
3) Re-query the Service Request created
5) Navigate to Resolutions Tab.
Observed that there are no Solutions associated to the Service Request.
