How to make sure Configuration is complete when using WebServices?

Hi all,
my customer has modified the CfgDoneConfig function in order to make sure that the users cannot leave the Configurator without having any invalid configuration. However, this does not take effect for WebServices.

How to achieve the same for WebServices?
