ORA-01005 error while trying to view database in Cloud Control

I have a problem that I'm struggling to resolve.  We're running Enterprise Manager 12c and I have a database that I have been monitoring successfully for some time.  When I try to view the home page for the database I now receive an ORA-01005 error.  Where can I look to find out why this is now occurring?
