Question on Customer Roll UP fucntionality in TCA R12
Hi,
W are currently working towards implementing R12, currently in 11i we have custome process. We have Parent customers with multiple child customers assigned to Parent and all the child customer roll up to Parent.
ex: We have a Parent Customer: TMART INC
we have huge list of Child customers that are assigned to Parent. Customers: Mart Consulting, Mart sales, Mart Associates, Mart reatil, Mart smc,.....
So all thes child customers should roll up to Parent.
So can you please help me understand how Roll up works in R12? or What level in TCA is Roll up supported or what should be TCA hirecarchy at which Roll up works?.
