Bug 14591856: Amendments to EE Register Continuous Report

This patch modifies the Norwegian Employers Employees Register Continuous
Reports to ensure that the EFT file output adheres to the latest
format.
Users can now optionally exclude certain person types and absence types from
the Norwegian Employers Employees Register Status Control Reports by following
the steps below:
