Patch 6678700 Fails Running pereirsd.sql

VPC Team member opened this thread on behalf of the customer.

applying patch 6678700 and 4 workers have failed related to HR Hooks. Is it possible to skip these and apply a patch after upgrade from 11.5.10.2. to 12.1.1? I will upload corresponding logs.

Worker logs for 1,9,11,16.  I will open a new SR for the worker 2.

TTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

         FAILED: file pereirsd.sql on worker  1.
         FAILED: file XDOLoader.class on worker  2.
         FAILED: file peasgasd.sql on worker  9.
         FAILED: file peaeirsd.sql on worker 11.
         FAILED: file peaeiasd.sql on worker 16.
