Hi Ashish : Welcome to the new EBS Patching community.
This thread will address your following issue

while applying this patch, its got fails.

Error:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

  FAILED: file jmfgtarenobj.sql on worker  2.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

Current time is: Wed Sep 19 2012 16:29:58

Please suggest.
