Problems with Step 4 and 5 in DOC ID 887885.1

In the document "What to collect when performance problems start to exist in OTM (ID 887885.1), Step 4 and Step 5 are not available with V6.2
When you select the "Configuration and Administration" menu item, there is no option called "Technical Support".

So, what is the correct navigation

Step 4 of the above document reads as follows:

Collect and provide OTM Configuration Collection data in XML format
    Configuration and Administration->Technical Support->Configuration Collection
    Select the XML option
    Enter a "File Directory" as a valid directory on your OTM Application server
    Select the options:
           APP TOOL VERSIONS
           LOG SETTINGS
           OTM VERSION
    Click "Collect"
    Locate the created file on your server (you listed the directory in step c).  The file name will be configuration.<timestamp>.xml
