How to Chang offer Expired Quote Status

 Dear All,
We need that how to change OFFER Expired Quote Status for example

our requirement is that we need to retrieve expired quotation. .like for suppose one quoate date expired today.. i want to call it after 3 days and change the expiration date and 
recall same quotation based on customre needs.
