iRecruitment - External Candidate does not recieve notification

Hi All,

We have some issue in receiving external candidate notification for application status update , interview schedule , communication process. No notification are listed in the Notification region of the candidate home page under full list

Additional Information

IRC: Notification profile setting are done

Seeded Business event are enabled already

Is anyone face the same issue or any help please
