Unable to open credit management home page

Hi Guru's,

we could not able to open the credit management super user Home page due to getting the following error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance".

Could you please let me know are there any profile options or any pre-requisit setups needs to be setup. we are at 12.1.3 version.
