Patch 13019389 13019389:R12.FND.B fails relinking

Hi,
Patch fails relinking  on 3 modules:
AFPASSWD, POXCON,
and make error on /app/r12sit/appsr12/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin/fndrwxit.so
the following error occurs.

    The file is in use and cannot be overwritten.
